The
Minnesota lake cabins are well spaced for privacy. Our 3 bedrooms
are about 900 sq. ft. with 1 1/2 baths. Enjoy your view of Blackduck
Lake in the comfort of our screened porches. Cabins are
fully equipped, including cable TV, microwaves, drip coffee pots, dishes,
pots, pans & silverware. Picnic tables are at each cabin along with grills, fire rings and a
couple of lawn chairs to help make your stay complete. Bring your
own towels, dish towels, soaps, toiletries & kitchen trash bags. All other linens are provided. Most
cabins are lakeside but all have lake views. Join us here at

As a special
"Thank you" to our past and present guests we are moving
our 2008 rates into the 2009 season. Our success means savings to
you. It is just our way of helping with the present increases in
fuel and the cost of living. If you haven't had the opportunity to
stay at our resort we invite you to experience a relaxing vacation

an additional charge the following cabins can accommodate extra
people. Cabin # 4 - 6 people, Cabin # 3 & 5 - 8 people,
Cabin # 6, 7 & 8 - 10 people, Cabin #10 - 12 people.
- Extra people: $125/week or $35/night
- Day Visitors $10 per day
- Early check $100 (when available)
- There is a 3 day minimum stay on cabin
rentals.
- Minnesota Tax: 6.5%

Deposits -
Cancellations -Refunds
CABINS-$450.00 Deposit Per Cottage Per Week.
Cancellations: Cancellations received at least 90 days prior
to the start day of your reservation will allow you to
"Credit" your deposit for up to one year for your
next stay at Tomahawk Lodge Resort. Cancellations received
less than 90 days before the start of reservation will
result in forfeiture of your deposit. For Groups see our
group policy.
BOATS - $100.00
Deposit/boat
Cancellations: boat deposits are non-refundable

| Group Reservations:
for groups renting 2 or more cabins a deposit of 50% (non
refundable) is due when
the reservation is made. The final payment (non refundable) is due
in full 90 days prior to arrival.
A Note About Deposits: A
deposit is a guarantee for both the Renter and the Innkeeper. It
guarantees the Renter that the accommodations will be held for the
reserved dates. The Innkeeper has a guarantee that the Renter will
arrive and pay for the agreed upon reserved dates at the agreed
upon rate.
Please be Advised: We inspect all rental equipment and
cabins before renting and after return. Any damages incurred or
missing items will
be the renter's responsibility. Should damage or unreasonable
cleaning be needed to restore the rental for new occupancy, the
amount will be deducted from the deposit. |
